Data Analyst - Exiger

About the Job
Exiger's is hiring a Data Analyst to support our Supply Chain Intelligence solutions. Your primary responsibility in the role will be to oversee the management of customer data, from initial collection to regular updates and enhancements. Working closely with Implementation and Account Managers, you will ensure that clients have access to reliable data, fostering trust and delivering value through actionable supply chain insights on their supply chain – including supply chain mapping, part and material risk, alternative suppliers and much more.
What You'll Do
- Collect and normalize seed data on parts and suppliers from prospects and/or clients for upload into SDX using excel or other business systems
- Work collaboratively with other Exiger teams further build out of Bill-of-Material data for upload into SDX
- Perform regular data updates; integrate MPS files, shipments, pricing data, etc.
- Test data inputs to ensure quality reporting in SDX
- Troubleshoot bad data as needed - interfacing with Exiger development resources and clients as needed to complete needed corrections
- Attend client meetings as needed to provide updates on data status, issues, or opportunities
- Perform outreach to client's suppliers to validated BOM data or mapping tiers of supply
- When global disaster strikes, conduct supplier outreach to confirm supplier impact
- Generate SDX reports for clients and Exiger's Accounts Mangers to help drive informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers
- Provide reporting on high-risk suppliers or parts
- Manage multiple projects/clients simultaneously, keeping a keen eye on project timelines, deliverables, and budget to optimize success
- Support research initiatives on as needed basis
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field
- 1-2 years' of relevant experience
- Strong MS Excel Skills
- Persuasive and concise oral and written communication
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and tasks
- Analytical mindset and strong acuity for data insights
- Meticulously organized and detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 10%

This is a remote eligible position within the United States, excluding residents of California, Colorado, and New York.
