Data Analyst at Judge Group

Role Title: Data Analyst
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Remote

Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst, you will integrate and connect data from multiple sources and channels, enrich data, and support executive decision-making to enhance the consumer experience. This role focuses on optimizing communication channels (call, chat, portal), improving service quality, and driving overall performance for healthcare consumers. You will conduct in-depth analyses, generate data-driven insights, and create compelling visualizations to support well-developed communications.

Responsibilities:

• Aggregate and analyze data from various sources to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership and business operations, enabling data-driven decision-making across the enterprise.
• Perform exploratory data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets, applying statistical, machine learning, and advanced mathematical techniques to identify patterns, opportunities, and business questions.
• Source, clean, prepare, and verify the integrity of data for analysis.
• Communicate actionable insights to decision-makers through presentations to senior executives.
• Serve as a thought leader in consumer omnichannel journey analytics, providing strategic advisory services on metrics, product development, and analytics vision to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with various functions to develop innovative data science solutions that contribute to achieving enterprise goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a highly quantitative field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data storytelling, visualizations, and generating analytic insights for executive consumption.
• Experience handling large datasets and uncovering hidden patterns.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Advanced skills in SQL and Excel.
• Proficiency in R and/or Python for data analysis.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business requirements to analytic objectives and measurable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of MA/DSNP business areas.
