Data Analyst - WFH Nashville, TN
Data Analyst with development knowledge.
ETL; SQL Server; Excellent Comm skills; Medicare and Medicaid exposure
Duties:
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Gather requirements, communicate expectations, analyze designs, constructs and deliver solutions with minimal team interaction
Configure data extraction to specified file layouts
Ensure thorough testing and signoff prior to moving to production
Document development activities Build relationships and maintain regular contact with vendors
Coordinate/host meetings and lead presentations
Proactively identify gaps/potential issues/root cause
Monitoring, ticket triaging and routing, issue analysis and resolution or proper delegation
Closely collaborate with Business, Compliance, Vendor, and IT (both production support and development) team members to successfully manage day to day activities
Skills:
Vendor management and/or project management
Managing multiple activities effectively and deliver on-time solutions
Communicating at all organizational levels managing/reporting SLAs
Able to work in an environment with rapidly changing business requirements and priorities
Conflict and negotiation skills to resolve potential collisions and escalate issues as necessary
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / file exchange implementation / SQL development / support
Strong focus on delivering superior customer service required
Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving abilities required
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Willingness to learn our business and vendor business
Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules to deliver quality work on time
