Whatduties will help you grow?
+ Creating,processing, and analyzing volume licensing contracts
+ Supportingworldwide licensing and pricing contracts to ensure compliance andaccuracy
+ Reviewingagreements and Pricing sheet to help maintain quality and need establishedpolicies
+ Supporting salessoftware licensing specialists internationally
+ Recalculatingproducts prices to not standard ones and other custom adjustments
+ Assuring thatpricing proposal has correct visibility, depending on custom adjustmentsdone by Team member
+ Working onstandard agreement due to tool limitations or errors
+ Team and queuemanagement, end to end ownership of the team-s delivery and queue
+ Support QualityAudit on completed deals to maintain accuracy and zero defects
+ Regular meetingswith team and sharing feedback
+ Identify traininggaps and arrange knowledge refresher
+ Backup forDelivery Manager and other leads
+ Sharing dailyreport with managers and leadership
+ Performance reviewfor assigned processors
+ Ability to deliverformal training, cross training on complex processes in a concise,organized manner to the team members, new hires as an ongoing operationalactivity
