Data Analyst with Health Care- W2 role - eTek IT Services, Inc.

Project Scope:

This group oversees all clinical research across Optum Health at a national level

This team focuses specifically on data analytics, will be more health economics focused

7 new high profile projects just given to them, with the volume of work they need more headcount

Contract to hire - if they do well on these projects, they will get more work assigned to them and these consultants could go full time to help support

Team Size Breakdown:

Principal data scientist and 2 other data analysts, +& director of data analytics

&

High-Level Individual Duties:

Data analysis of claims and EHR/EMR data

Programming using SAS (standard and Macros)

Advanced SQL programming

&

Must-Haves (Concepts Tools):

SAS Programming experience

Macros experience needed

Will be using PROC SQL

Strong SQL programming skills- complex queries, stored procedures, functions, triggers tables

Healthcare claims data experience is needed

Would be great if they've worked on EHR/EMR data and understand ICD - 10 codes
