Role Description:
- The Data Analytics will oversee and manage the work of Tier 2 Data Analysts in a dynamic operation's center environment.
- They will be responsible for confirming that the Data Analysts are following the processes and procedures documented for proper investigation of cases and will ensure that cases are properly documented in a case management tool.
- Data analytics Managers will also be responsible for assigning cases to Data Analysts, monitoring their productivity, and assisting them, as needed, to complete cases via escalation procedures.
- The Data Analytics managers will be trained to investigate cases and will be responsible for interfacing with Data Scientists who will fulfill a Tier 2 ad hoc investigation role.
Required Skills:
- Master's Degree and 12 years' experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 14 years' experience.
- 5+ years managerial/supervisorial experience
- 5+ year's experience in the analysis and interpretation of data including an understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, and a proficiency in exploratory data analysis and interpreting data.
- 2+ year's experience with analytics tools which may include at least one applications from R, Python, SAS, SPSS, MATLAB, MicroStrategy, PowerBI and Tableau.
- Clear written and spoken communication skills for engaging with staff as well as stakeholders.
- Ability to coach team on best practices, particularly in the analysis and interpretation of data.
- Experience in meeting tight deadlines* Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
