Required Technical Skills:
- Expertise and demonstrated skills in design and implementation of an enterprise data models, metadata solutions, data security solutions, data management solutions and associated tools.
- Expertise in high volume, transactional environments with third party business system integrations.
- Strong ETL background using technologies such as Data stage.
- Expertise with analytics and business intelligence tools and technologies including a working understanding of technologies such as OBIEE and COGNOS.
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- A desire to excel and grow within your role and beyond.
- Develop the data management strategy including architecture ETL and other data-related process, and policies for security, continuity and capacity.
- Design, document, develop, deploy and support database solutions: architectures, integrations, applications for operational and analytic business solutions that are consistent with design standards and practices.
- Gather and analyze business data requirements and develop models that the business needs.
- Architect and design the enterprise data warehouse and BI solutions with a primary focus on solution architecture, ETL and data modeling.
- Implement data architecture and structure that supports and improves enterprise business intelligence to provide tools that will allow business users and analysts to quickly answer critical business questions.
- Evaluate data management tools, emerging technologies and third-party solutions.
- Administer, maintain and support internally-created databases and database environments.
- Operate in a team atmosphere with developers, database administrators, networks administrators, business analysts, clients, and vendors.
- Lead project segments and small projects.
- Preferably having Mortgage and Banking experience.
