We are looking for a Data Architect to design, build, and own our flagship data platform. The Data Architect should have 3+ years of experience building data warehouses in a fast-paced software company.

We are looking for a Data Architect to design, build, and own our flagship data platform. The Data Architect should have 3+ years of experience building data warehouses in a fast-paced software company.
Responsibilities:
- Scope, develop, maintain, execute, and deliver data architecture capabilities to stakeholders.
- Define, integrate, and upgrade a comprehensive architecture to support applications, platforms, and databases.
- Maintain database by determining structural requirements and developing and installing solutions.
- Defines infrastructure for design and integration of internet computing systems by analyzing information requirements, studying business operations and user-interface requirements, and directing development of physical database.
- Ensures adherence to best practices and guidelines for technological systems and safeguarding of data.
- Ensures security of all information and computer systems and digital data.
- Research and evaluate industry best practices and data architecture innovations to foster continuous learning through integrating learnings into projects when applicable.
- Design business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the department.
- Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
- Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.
- Create business reports that provide insight into key data points.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture, design and relevant analytical role
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or other relevant Cloud platform technology
- Experience with Report, Developing data insights, and architect data for AI optimization
- Experience in Azure, data modeling, various data services on Azure
- Experience building data pipelines leveraging Spark (Azure Databricks or Apache Spark), Airflow.
- Experience with data modeling (OLTP & OLAP) and data formats including Avro, Parquet, etc.
- Experience with Azure Data services (ADLS, ADF, Event Hub, Azure functions)
- Strong working experience with SQL. SQL Server
- Experience with Big Data Platforms, Data Warehousing, Data Lake, Data Mart, DataMesh/Data Hub concepts.
- Ability to effectively summarize and communicate results from analysis to stakeholders with varying technical skills and backgrounds
- Advanced critical thinking and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
