The successful candidate will work with cross-functional partners and develop data foundations, data pipelines, data visualization assets and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making for the Customer Success organization. Data & Business Intelligence Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40-$55/hr (Pay varies based on the candidate's experience and location)

- 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possible extension
Data & Business Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities:
- Tool and Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain data tools and analytics dashboards to automate processes and provide real-time insights into customer metrics and product usage.
- Foundations and Pipeline Development: Write scalable and efficient SQL to encode business logic, and develop robust pipelines on our data stack.
- Data Management: Establish robust data collection, storage, and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of analyses.
- Project Management: Lead data projects from inception to completion, aligning with strategic goals and ensuring delivery of measurable value to the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional partners in customer success and adjacent teams to integrate data-driven insights into strategies and initiatives.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation: Keep up with industry trends in data science and analytics to drive innovation and improve customer success outcomes.
Data & Business Intelligence Analyst Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with SQL/relational databases.
- 2+ years of business analytics experience in a medium-to-large company with demonstrated ability to navigate complex data environments and provide guidance to business leaders.
- 2+ years of relevant industry or relevant academia experience working with large amounts of data.
- 2+ years experience in at least one programming languages (e.g., R, Python, Java, Scala, PHP, JavaScript).
- 2+ years of experience in data visualization and dashboard design.
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline.
- MS or PhD in a quantitative discipline: statistics, operations research, computer science, informatics, engineering is preferred.
- Statistical modeling project experience with regression models, tree models is preferred
- Data pipeline development experience is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization, specifically with Power BI, including a preference for Power BI certification and a couple of years of industry experience developing Power BI applications
- Experience with data modeling, ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Load) concepts, and patterns for efficient data governance is preferred
- Experience on a / adjacent to a Business Intelligence team is preferred.
- Self-starter, able to work independently but ask for guidance when needed is preferred.
- Ability to speak comfortably in a variety of settings including one-on-one and in front of large groups and adapt communication style for different audiences is preferred.
