About the role
CBRE has a technology client that is searching for a smart, motivated professional that will provide support to multiple program managers simultaneously! This position will provide technical program documentation support; provide document support, including taking and leading meeting notes, following up on action items, and document research. Data center experience is not required but is helpful for this role.
Minimal travel expected for this role
What you’ll do
+ Support multiple managers leading the new product program process administration across the data center portfolio. Focus is on ability to balance multiple independent activities concurrently and handle time effectively
+ Ability to work independently as well as effectively collaborate. Thrive in an innovative environment, adapt to and handle frequent change, think analytically, and demonstrate leadership skills. Troubleshoot and resolve complicated issues and administrative problems
+ Provide end-to-end support to during product lifecycle
+ Collaborate with large cross-functional teams comprised representing Design, Implementation, Scheduling, Project Controls, Document Controls, Safety, Security, and Logistics
+ Take notes for cross-functional team meetings, including completing follow-up review of meeting notes with program managers and detailing action items. May lead meetings in absence of program managers
+ Engage with technical experts and key collaborators to develop and revise program documents
+ Work with experts and collaborators to continually improve communications between the cross-function teams
+ Draft program reporting with direction from program managers, including providing health of program schedule, budget, and performance, identifying key risks and program opportunities
+ Use Owner’s program management processes, software, systems, and tracking tools
+ Assist program managers in scheduling program meetings
+ Support program team in developing program plans, including crafting and establishing the 1) Master Project Schedule, based on the Critical Path and key landmarks and 2) Master Project Budget, including soft costs and hard costs
+ Evaluate technical issues and develop potential solutions for review with key partners
+ Supports team activities by participating in development reviews
+ Provide input on and support evaluating Value Engineering efforts
+ Assist in developing, assessing, and evaluating program and project risks
+ Update program costs and assist in leading change controls
+ Update program dashboards and assist monthly program updates. The program coordinator will actively connect with site teams and key partners to secure updates
+ Build and maintain lessons learned log for programs. Incorporate key project lessons into the program log
+ Ensure program level document control processes are in place
+ Ensure QA/QC is being followed and report any issues/gaps
+ Establish program close out documentation requirements and distribute to site
What you’ll need
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite products. Examples include Word, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
+ Demonstrated skill sin requirements gathering, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives on schedule and within budget
+ Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and a constantly evolving environment
+ Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
+ Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality.

The minimum salary for the Data Center Program Coordinator - Construction position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Data Center Program Coordinator - Construction position is $175,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
