| Resource's typical working day: | They will be preforming rack and stack on servers and network assets in a data center

| Years of Experience needed: | Two years' working in a data center (If they have been leading a team for several years they would not be a fit as they need someone with boots on the ground) |
| Level of Education: | H.S Diploma |
| Systems/Software proficiencies: | Microsoft Office Suite (especially excel and teams) |
| Certifications/Licenses: | n/a |
| Top Must have Skills: | Teachability and positive attitude is a HIGHLY valued skill Work independently Adapt Attention to Detail |
| Top Nice to have Skills: | Outside accreditations Customer service experience Experience using a Fluke cable tester would be highly preferred |
