Description:

Mid-level role - Tackling data center operation tasks, but also moving around to different deployment and decommissioning projects.

- Rack/stack

- Server hardware maintenance

- Troubleshoot Network connectivity

- Remove network cables as part of a datacenter decommission

- Use ticketing system

- Ability to login to chassis manager

- Run/Label/Stage Power & Networking cables

- Unbox, Movement, Staging of datacenter accessories for deployments

- Physical Audits of datacenter assets

- QC Cabling and labelling standards

- Handle complex RMA & swaps parts

- Scope, test, QC, and troubleshoot Power, cable connections
