Our Digital Retail entity aims to help our customers in their retail and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications). To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a Data Delivery Lead responsible for all the regional Data initiatives with a strong experience in Google Cloud Platform (BI, Machine Learning, data governance) for one or several brands.
Your missions
Collaborate with the Central and local data teams in designing and overseeing the Data roadmap of the Brand(s) in scope Lead, analyze and supervise:
- the roll-out of P&C data solutions in Americas markets
- the implementation of new functionalities required by the business community.
This includes the entire project development life cycle of analyzing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and user training.
Roadmap definition (~20%)
- Build a relationship of trust with the local teams of the Brands in scope
- In alignment with the Beauty strategy, as defined by the client’s Executive committee, and the business objectives of the Brand(s), build the IS Data roadmap:
- Define a mid-term IS target
- Scope and plan the different initiatives needed to reach this target
- Regular and pro-active suggestions on how to improve the IS ecosystem
- Collaborate with the Data tech team and the other domain managers to maintain a coherent IS architecture, consistent with the Beauty strategy (Common P&C framework Brands/Region specificities)
- Benchmark what is done in the other Brands/regions of Beauty to identify new features or solutions which could be deployed in your scope
- Build a strong relationship with the solution providers and the Group teams to benefit from regular updates, support, experts, and advice from Google Cloud, PowerBI or Dataiku
Project management (~80%)
- Assess Data initiatives upfront (new features, new data sources, existing solutions, new dashboards…)
- Lead Data projects:
- Lead RFP processes when needed
- Collaborate with domain manager and tech leads on solutions architectures and global design
- Formalize functional specifications and ensure approval
- Manage project risks and take corrective measures.
- Follow-up developments
- Define test approach and support Users' Acceptance Tests
- Take part in the preparation of change management documentation (Training and communication)
- Manage the planning, budget, and resources, and report regularly
- Ensure overall governance of initiatives incl. the animation of project and steering committees
- Promote, when possible and pertinent, solution mutualization within Beauty
- Participate in improving communication on data topics within the Client and with the business community
Your profile
- Project Management (incl. management reporting)
- Management of an evolution requests portfolio
- Technical and functional understanding of omnichannel data applicative architecture (data integration in batch and real-time, API, data pipelines…) on Google Cloud
- Experienced in data model design (data warehouse, datamarts…)
- Technical experience on Dataiku and Google Could, especially Google Big Query
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with PowerBI and/or Salesforce Datorama
- Experience with data management and data quality best practices
- Ideally experienced in international / multi-brands context knowledge about the luxury industry
- Customer orientation, leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to analyze and summarize
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Autonomous
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss with both technical and operational teams
- Proactive team player
