Data Engineer (W2 Only / No C2C) at TEKsystems

This is a 3-6 month contract to hire, must be able to work full time on a w2 basis ( no sponsorship available). 3 days hybrid in Buffalo, NY.

A major financial services company is looking for a data engineer to join their team! This engineer will be supporting the development of a new cyber security data warehouse solution. This team integrates various sources of cyber security data into the data warehouse so it can be leveraged for further analysis.

Must have skills:

Python - Creating APIs to connect with different software

ETL - Building data transformation pipelines with Python (Nice to have PySpark or Databricks)

SQL Data Warehouse- Strong data management skills, complex querying, validation, windows, views, etc. (Nice to have experience with Azure data warehouse)
