About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Entry-Level Data Entry Analyst to join our client's dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and systems.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Assist in generating reports and providing data analysis to support decision-making processes.
Perform data clean-up, formatting, and quality control to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with other departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data as needed.
Identify data discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc., is a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;
other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
