About the Job
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Entry-Level Data Entry Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. If you’re looking to start your career in data analytics, this is a great opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data into company databases and systems.
- Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Assist in generating reports and providing data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Perform data clean-up, formatting, and quality control to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data as needed.
- Identify data discrepancies and work with the team to resolve them.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc., is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
