Data Entry Administrative Assistant - Zobility

Job Description:

• Client is looking for someone with some inspection, manufacturing, blueprint reading, Discus, AS9100, and GD&T knowledge.
• This role will be working independently without interaction with others.
• Candidate must be okay to work in a solo setting.
• Candidate must be able to take initiative and learn on their own.

• Successful candidate must be a self-starter and willing to work under minimal supervision transferring inspection information from blueprints to a formal AS9100 FAI document.
• This position is strictly clerical in nature and will be involving AS9100 FAI documentation and blueprint ballooning.
• The successful candidate should be familiar with computers and computer software and data entry.
• The successful candidate will be a quick learner that is able to look at samples provided and duplicate them.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision is key.
• Candidate will be evaluated based on accuracy and efficiency to perform the job.
• Provide effective, timely, and consistently documentation into our AS9100 FAI System.
• Accuracy is key, candidate will be transferring inspection data from a blueprint and CMM report to AS9100 form.
• Candidate may be tasked with ballooning prints for FAI inspection.
• Transfer information from handwritten documents into a computer system (TIP).
