Data Entry Assistant

Our Administrative & HR Staffing team is currently looking to speak with candidates who would be interested in hybrid opportunities in Cambridge, MA with similar specifications to those below:
Responsibilities:

Entering confidential information into the company's database

Reviewing documents to ensure all required information has been entered

Filing and scanning documents
-
Reviewing data fields and reformatting spreadsheets when necessary

Completing all other tasks as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year of college education required; College degree preferred

Exceptional attention to detail required
-
Demonstrated experience handling data required; Data entry project experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; High level Excel skills preferred

Ability to communicate well with internal stakeholders and ask questions when necessary

A positive demeanor, willingness to learn, and ability to independently problem solve

Must be comfortable working independently; self-starter attitude
