DATA ENTRY ASSOCIATE - Spherion

Spherion Staffing in Lakeland has partnered with a local electrical manufacturing company who is looking to add a data entry clerk to their growing team.

Highlights:
1st Shift
Opportunity for Growth

Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and maintain data in Netsuite (experience preferred but not required).
- Support daily data entry tasks to alleviate workload on current staff.
- Assist with organization and management of project-related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure accurate data flow.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Employees are cross-trained with the Sales department.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Experience in the construction field is beneficial but not necessary.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in data entry
