Data Entry Associate - Katonah, NY

Put your career into high gear with Mavis Discount Tire! We're looking for a full-time Data Entry Associate to join Team Mavis at our offices in Katonah, New York. Mavis is one of the largest independently-held tire sales and automotive repair chain in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with payroll system updates and data entry
• Faxing, Filing and Copying functions
• Answer phones and assist with employee questions and/or concerns
• Research, analyze and resolve discrepancies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Good verbal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Customer Service Experience preferred
• Computer Proficiency

This positions requires an attention to detail, a team orientation, pc skills, software programs familiarity, pleasant disposition and acceptable work history.
