Data Entry/Auditor - VW CONNECT

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to input data and maintain accurate data in our systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization within flies and all tracking systems
• Assist & cross train with a TEAM
• Receive, gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources
• Ensures completeness of received information and reconciles inconsistencies
• Accurately enter required data into one or more databases, documents, or spreadsheets.
• Establish and maintain physical files
• Transfer data from paper format, computer files, and or database systems
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities 

• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Legible handwriting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Requirements 

• Passing a DOT Regulated drug test (instant & lab).
• 2 years of job history.

Other

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Schedule

• 8 hours shift - Monday – Friday
• 5:30 am - 2 pm
• Overtime available
