The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and managing data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting various administrative tasks. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into our databases and systems from various sources.
- Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis.
- Manage electronic and paper filing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
