Role Summary:
The Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our organization's data. This position involves inputting, updating, and managing information across various databases and systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. The Data Entry Clerk will collaborate with different teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing, thereby supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update data in various databases and systems.
Verify the accuracy of data, correcting any discrepancies as needed.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure accessibility.
Collaborate with team members to support data-related inquiries.
Generate and format reports for stakeholders as required.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management.
Comply with data privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications:
Skills
:
& Strong attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and effective time management.
Education
:
& High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
Experience
:
& Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus.
Certifications

& Certifications in data management or related software are advantageous but not mandatory.
