Requirements: Job Type: Permanent Post Date: 10/18/2024
Data Entry Claims Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours per week **CREATE YOUR OWN SCHEDULE**
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Review insurance claims and communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and additional information
- Enter data pertaining to insurance claims into database with high-level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ensure all necessary claim documentation has been obtained and resubmit claims accordingly
- Partner with external parties including physicians, insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiar with computer software including Microsoft Office programs
