- Handle daily departmental tasks such as asset movement, account transfers, and setting up or maintaining new accounts.
- Accurately and efficiently process both routine and complex transactions.
- Proactively identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues.
- Follow procedures independently to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
- Learn, utilize, and support various financial products, software, and systems.
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
