Key responsibilities:
- Building Client profiles with specific banking information.
- Payables and WC3.
- Provide status updates.
- Articulate timelines and keep up with them.
- Follow processes.
- Testing clients on formatting and receiving files-TENTATIVE.
- Data Entry Skills.
- Excel experience.
- Attention to Detail.
- Analytical mindset/ problem solve using the information at hand, if information need is not there know when ask for additional details.
- Proactive with escalations.
- Highly organized
- Able to support multiple initiatives at the same time
- Time management
- Great written and verbal communication (team and clients)
- HS Diploma or Higher (nice to have).
- 2-4 yrs.
