Summary
Supporting Merchandise Team by performing the following duties outlined in the Essential Duties and Responsibilities section.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
• Input purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with merchant team, as needed, when entering purchase orders.
• Input purchase order revisions.
• Run Weekly Reports, as needed
• Communicate with vendors by phone and email, as needed.
• Input markdowns, if needed.
• Edit information for existing purchase orders in the AS400 system.
• Filing, purge files.
Qualification Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Ability to read and understand documents such as general correspondence, department reports and office procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and fellow associates.
• Extensive computer skills required.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
