Data Entry Coordinator – Freemont, MI

Job duties:
• Recreate all task list in SAP
o Recreate new task using G002 cost center
o Review all old task for reference to old cost center
o Work with Planners to ensure data transferred over correctly
o Develop a list of talk assigned to old FLOC’s and cross reference to new FLOC
• Relabel stock room materials
o Review all materials from stock room
o Create and print new stickers from updated list
o Place new stickers on proper bin locations
• Create new work center for all MSE, MSM and department work centers
o Copy from old work center
o Verify new cost centers and pant code
• Update cost center on all Maintenace Plan Items
o Open and review and change cost center and planning plant on all Items
o Review with planners’ data came over correctly
• Clean data in old PO’s
o Work with both the MRO buyer, stock room purchaser, and Special project buyer to ensure all PO’s are cleaned and closed prior to end of year.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in data entry and typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer software and applications, such as Microsoft Excel and Word
• Familiarity with data management systems and databases
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math skills for numerical data entry
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Prior experience in SAP, but not always required
