About the Job
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong typing and data entry skills, have knowledge of Microsoft Office, can type 7500 + ks/h, as well as attention to detail. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering data into our computer systems, as well as maintaining and updating our databases.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure work area is organized and clean
- Perform data entry duties
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Provide ad-hoc support to other staff members and departments as necessary
- Manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex scheduling of internal and external meetings
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Consistently follow-through on projects and close monitoring of deadlines and due dates
- Strong problem-solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues
- Positive, “can-do” attitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi-task while inputting information
