Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

This NOT a remote position. It is an in office role in Hayden, ID.

**Responsibilities:**
- Transfer data from paper formats into digital files or database systems
- Verify data by comparing it to source documents
- Update existing data in databases
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
- Fast typing skills - minimum of 45 WPM
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Familiarity with administrative duties
