An Invoicer at B Street Collision is unlike a traditional Invoicer!
- Validating & entering invoice data into our management software with a focus on accuracy.
- Audit received & scanned invoices for errors, correcting any inconsistencies.
- Communicating any discrepancies with the appropriate internal departments to correct.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure open communication.
- Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm in office schedule
- Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
- Computer savvy
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
- Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
- $17 - $20 hourly
