Data Entry Licensed Pharmacy Technician Lead - FT 2nd Shift - SpecialtyRx

• Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Supervisor.
• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Data Entry, Refill, Customer Service, and Narcotics Departments.
• Organize workflow and ensure that your employees understand their duties or delegated tasks and proper cut-off times and deadlines.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
• Communicate with the Data Entry Supervisor any staffing needs or issues.
• Investigate and resolve all problems and issues related to orders.
• Ensure that specialized queues are being maintained (i.e., Pending, backup)
• Provide on-the-job training for new hires when necessary.
• Continue to educate by attending department in-services and by keeping up with local, state, federal, and company law and regulations changes.
• Clean and help maintain equipment and work areas according to prescribed methods.
• Complete daily tasks (OTC Report, Duplicate report, etc.).
• Perform other duties as requested.

• High School Diploma. 
• One to three years of Long-term Care Pharmacy experience.
• Registered or Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
• Driven and motivated problem-solver.
• Computer literate.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to give directions.
• Able to work overtime with little or no notice.
