Qualifications:

• 3 years of administrative office experience
• Type 40 WPM
• Detail oriented
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills

We are searching for an Administrative Assistant to join our Building & Construction team in our Farmingdale, NY office. The Lab Administrative

Assistant will support the Building and Construction business by performing a full range of administrative duties, including Microsoft office, administrative

planning, etc. We’re looking for somebody with prior experience in an administrative position.

• Handle front office responsibilities; reception/answering phones
• Create various documents, spreadsheets, etc. utilizing Microsoft Office software.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Perform various general office duties, including faxing, copying, mailing, filing, etc.
• Research a wide variety of information requests.
• Organizing the flow of paperwork/Contracts (Document Control)
• May assist with developing, updating, and/or reviewing local operating procedures and/or work instructions.
• Other duties as assigned
