Job Summary:
We are seeking administrative support to assist with the transition from paper employee files to an electronic database. The role involves auditing and reorganizing active and inactive employee files in the new system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and audit employee records
- Organize and manage electronic files
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build collaborative and effective working relationships
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality (confidentiality agreement required)
