We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to join our organization and provide clients with guidance in the development and implementation of data governance initiatives, including data management, stewardship, inventory, and quality. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data governance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members across multiple departments.
What You Will Do:
Education and Experience
This role will ideally be located in the Washington, D.C. area, but we are open to the position being remote.
Reporting Relationships:
Reports directly to Group Manager or Regional Manager for administrative matters. May have individual contributor direct reports.
Salary Range
$90-125k
Notice:
This position requires access to information that is subject to control by the Export Administration Regulations and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations. Any offer of employment shall be contingent upon the Company's verification that the candidate is a "U.S. Person" or upon the receipt of all necessary export licenses or authorizations that may be required by U.S. export control laws. "U.S. Persons" are defined as U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents (i.e., "green card" holders), or any individual granted protected status under the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3)), including asylees and refugees. In the event a candidate refuses or cannot otherwise provide the necessary information for the Company to determine whether such licenses may be required, or for the Company to obtain any required licenses, the Company shall maintain the exclusive right to discontinue the application process and/or withdraw any contingent offer that has been made.

We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Analyst to join our organization and provide clients with guidance in the development and implementation of data governance initiatives, including data management, stewardship, inventory, and quality. What You Will Do:
- Assist clients to design, develop, and implement data governance frameworks, polices processes, procedures, and standards
- Support development of data governance practices and data cataloging to successfully maintain and support data standards, data quality, data policies, reference data, and leverage best in class data management practices
- Assist clients to develop and maintain data quality management processes
- Assist clients to monitor and assess compliance with data governance policies
- Assist clients to develop and document data governance metrics
- Assist clients to monitor data quality
- Data Risk and Control identification and assessment
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data governance and data management
- Experience supporting data governance, management, quality, and stewardship programs for government agencies
- Demonstrated experience working with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Atacamma, OvalEdge, etc.
This role will ideally be located in the Washington, D.C. area, but we are open to the position being remote.
