Job Title: Health Plan Coverage Data Ingestion Analyst

Location: Remote

Work Hours: 9AM-5PM

Role Overview: The Data Ingestion Analyst is pivotal in enhancing our client's Policy Integration Management System through the meticulous ingestion of COC-SPD data. This role directly contributes to the operational efficiency and data integrity of our client's healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute data access, extraction, and integration from diverse sources, ensuring accuracy through advanced data scrubbing techniques.
• Engage with business experts to develop and refine conversion logic, addressing data discrepancies.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for data mapping and cleansing processes.
• Design and maintain data conversion jobs, facilitating the seamless transformation of data into the policy management system.
• Conduct thorough verification and documentation to guarantee the integrity of source data throughout the conversion process.
• Present iterative conversion and validation findings to client teams, fostering collaborative progress.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Data Analyst role, with a strong emphasis on requirement documentation.
• At least 4 years as a Conversion Developer, with a proven track record in data transformation.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with databases and SQL.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership and client teams.
• A collaborative spirit, proactive approach, high ethical standards, and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare administrative data.
• Advanced SQL proficiency.
• Versatility in handling various data formats and familiarity with ETL tools.
• Over 3 years of conversion-focused experience.
• Understanding of IT management and data storage principles.
