The Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business
This role partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.This position requires a thorough understanding of enterprise data governance concepts, combined with practical experience of implementing them in a complex organization
Excellent communication skills are required to influence internally, often at a senior level. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build and manage relationshipsGather, synthesize and distill detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communicationSimultaneously manage multiple projects including delivery and management level communicationsDevelop content for relevant governance forumsLead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional complex problems within / across programs and with Senior ManagementLiaise between the Enterprise Chief Data Office, Federated Chief Data Office and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agendaLead work streams focusing on broad range of Data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomyDevelop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communication applications of new processes and facilitating the change management program to move to the new processQualifications:10+ years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred
Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferredStrong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilitiesCommunicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levelsCollaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectivesStrong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levelsOptimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement
Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detailOrganizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.Working knowledge of Citi’s Data Operating ModelDrive execution risk mitigation efforts across the sectors to address “big rock” challenges and enable execution
