Title: Data Integrity Specialist
Location: REMOTE (must reside in below states)
Pay: $16.50-$17.50/hr
We will only consider applications that live in the following states: ND, SD, ID, MN, MT, NM, WY, NV, TX, AZ, TN, KY, MO, OK.
This position reports to the Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle and is responsible for the function of helpdesk management where it pertains to the Raintree System. Responsible for maintaining strict daily and monthly deadlines while guaranteeing accuracy in the building of Raintree libraries. Other responsibilities to include the integrity of login maintenance for websites.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk by following established routing and workflow procedures.
- Maintain record of all helpdesk tickets, including telephone calls, sessions, e-mail, etc. with up to date information on ticket progress
- Elevate complex issues/problems to appropriate resources, including third-party vendors, track progress, follow up as required to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain the Payor, Referral and Provider tables in Raintree.
- Provide support to the end users of Raintree.
- Provide timely responses to individuals in need of logins to Payor websites.
- Manage the login process and guarantee that logins are not shared, and that exiting employee’s logins are terminated timely.
- Provide support for internal billing software.
- Utilize and update an internal knowledge base to ensure understanding and comprehension of reported problems including commons troubleshooting steps.
- Adheres to performance standards, company policies and procedures, as they relate to department
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Specifications Knowledge and Abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience within the healthcare industry preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative problem-solving skills
- Excellent service demeanor to support the technical needs of a user group with minimal technical knowledge.
- Ability to absorb information quickly.
- Ability to maintain Department deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
Experience
- Computer Skills a must
- Healthcare experience preferred
