Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, visualize, and interpret high volume data sets to support business decision making
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (Tableau, excel)
- Lead Agile ceremony meetings(DSU, grooming, release planning) and drive accountability with teammates
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data validation and testing
- Communicate with various types of people, including Senior Leadership
Requirements:
- Expert experience in Tableau solutions, and experience with leading and mentoring team members
- Prior experience in data related to security vulnerabilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and engage with senior leaders (CIO 1 Deeps, Risk Lead Level)
- Able to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data
- Able to prepare and deliver senior management updates
- Able to engage and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
- Comfort with ambiguity; flexible and able to navigate changing priorities and adjust to new learnings
- Advanced Excel Skills/MS PowerPoint Skills
Desired skills:
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis
- Knowledge of advanced analytics and machine learning concepts
- Experience with JIRA or similar Agile project management tools
Pay Range: $63.94 - $71.94
