Data Management Analyst (SAP and Sharepoint) at Aquent

About the Job
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP and SharePoint to gather and store work order documentation.
- Validate the accuracy of work order documentation.
- Monitor shared inboxes, responding or forwarding emails to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Perform PowerBi Dashboard refreshes and validate any errors.
- Assist in document management and organization.
Skills/Attributes:
- Typing speed of 45 WPM.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and provide data-driven solutions.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
