We are currently seeking an Interim Data Management Specialist to support a dynamic organization remotely. This is a contract, remote position. The contract will last 3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Set up new customers and suppliers, and maintain/update existing accounts.
- Coordinate and support requests from internal stakeholders.
- Track, coordinate, and update the status of research and setup processes.
- Ensure compliance with SOX guidelines regarding approval levels.
- Update internal systems with approved account information accurately.
Qualifications:
- BS in finance or accounting is a plus, experience required.
- Basic understanding of customer and supplier account management.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal controls is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
