Act as key data lead to leverage versatile technical capabilities to drive the development, evolution, and implementation of data products, which enable self-service by data consumers
Re-engineer data processes and migrate the processes from on-premises to Amazon Web Services
Explore industry trends, tools, and techniques in Open Source/Big Data/Digital domain
Business Intelligence...
Execute and monitor data processes that deliver critical data to partners and regulators
Develop prototypes and implement new business intelligence tools, solutions, and techniques
Assist in development of standards and policies for business intelligence frameworks
Data Management...
Evaluate data management, data quality and data access processes for gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities; provide recommendations for improvement
Implement solutions and processes for management and governance across data quality metrics, metadata,
lineage, data access rights, and business definitions
Develop data mapping to enable data end users to more easily transition to using new systems
Ideal candidate will have:
Degree specialized in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline
Experience with Python, Pyspark, Snowflake SQL, Unix/Linux, Databricks and Github
Experience with Amazon Web Services products, such as EC2, S3, Redshift, Quicksight and Snowflake
Desire to learn about external companies (typically Fortune 500) that *** partners with for co-brand and private label programs
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau/Thoughtspot/Quicksight
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 1 year of experience in at least one scripting language with automation
At least 1 year of experience in querying, analyzing, and working with data languages and platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline
Previous COF experience
Experience in domain knowledge focused on risk management/audit/ credit operational control space
1+ years of experience working within process management and improvement methodologies – Lean, Six Sigma, etc)
1+ years of experience working with and demonstrating knowledge of data governance, data quality management concepts and data quality tools management concepts and data quality tools
1+ years of experience with hands on Python/SQL coding in Databricks along with automation scripting skills
