PeopleShare is hiring a Data Management Specialist in Warminster, PA. This is position is an in office role which includes managing the distribution of product information across multiple retailer websites. This role manages the quality control process of data and is accountable for the accuracy of the company's data online.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Mon- Fri business hours

Pay Rate: $20 hour

Data Management Specialist Responsibilities:

• Publish products across various online retailer websites
• Maintain websites information - ensure product submissions and product page listings are accurate, up to date and meet ongoing specifications
• Maintain data accuracy and QA
• Identify, track and resolve technical tasks on the project
• Execute data verification scripts
• Maintain task documentation
• Assist in maintaining company content management solution

Data Management Specialist Requirements:

• Associate degree or Bachelor degree in a related field from an accredited college/ university
• Advanced Excel Skills is a must
• Comfortable working with vast product information data sets
• Knowledge of web technologies (SQL, HTML. PHP. CSS. JS) is a plus
• Knowledge of PIM and DAM systems a plus
• Experience in Digital and/or E-commerce business a plus
