Job Title: Data Process Coordinator
Reports To: Senior Analyst, Data Quality
Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary:
The Data Process Coordinator is responsible for assisting with pre-payroll data upload and weekly payroll rate and project schedule support and execution within Salesforce and NetSuite in accordance with company policy and standards.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with the monitoring of NetSuite Payroll Data Support channel in Teams for projects and weekly schedule (time entry) questions or issues.
- Audit upcoming Payroll pay period Salesforce new starts to NetSuite on contract/project.
- Update date and assignment change notifications from Salesforce in NetSuite.
- Screen and action discrepant rate cases sent to Finance.
- Data entry and audit.
- Support Data Quality team during project upload into NetSuite, including creating tasks for contracts to create facility and monitoring and correcting errors.
- Upload error reports.
- Coordinate communication with all levels of internal Sales and Operations teams during data entry and auditing to trouble shoot contract errors, updates and/or questions.
- Monitor contract revisions sent in from Onboarding and HR and assist with updating pay and bill rates as needed in NetSuite.
- Continuous mailbox monitoring and organization of replies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel reports, including formatting and uploading.
- Knowledge of and ability to create flowchart diagrams with experience in Vizio, Lucid Chart, or similar software.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
- Possess strong written and oral English communication, prioritization, organizational, analytical and time management skills.
- Sound judgement and ability to work effectively with all levels of internal departments and Clients.
- Ability to logically write up a complex process with step-by-step instructions that correlate to process flowcharts.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with creative problem-solving skills.
- Multitask and meet aggressive deadlines efficiently and effectively.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Value Stream Mapping experience a plus but not required.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce or equivalent CRM preferred.
- Excellent technical abilities, strong communication skills, and effective analytical abilities.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position will have no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
