Full-Time, Contract Position

Responsibilities

• Process data accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all records are up to date and complete.
• Manage and maintain databases of customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage the storage of information, including paper and electronic files.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Carry out data entry tasks and other clerical tasks as requested.
• Ensure compliance with relevant data protection legislation.
• Monitor and update records on a regular basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in data processing, clerical work, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with customer service preferred.
