Data Processing Specialist - Enrollment Renewal - Spherion

We are seeking candidates for a Data Processing Specialist to join our client's Enrollment team! This position will be responsible for processing incoming forms, maintaining participant accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of data entry. If you have great attention to detail, thrive in an independent role, and have an interest in the world of employee benefits, this role might be the perfect opportunity for you! This is a temporary position with the possibility of permanent hire.

Responsibilities:

• Review, interpret, and enter data from select incoming forms into the appropriate accounts.
• Assess accounts for eligibility of new Benefits Cards and complete the issuance process in the designated system.
• Move documents between designated folders on the network to maintain organized records.
• Manage updates to participant accounts, including enrollment, renewals, terminations, and Benefits Card maintenance.
• Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, transfers, and other associated updates.
• Conduct manual client renewals as necessary.
• Engage with participants on a limited basis to communicate updates regarding processed items.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with high-volume Data Entry highly preferred
• Strong Excel proficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Strong data interpretation skills, with the capacity to work with various data formats.
• Average to above-average typing and 10-key speed and accuracy.
• Experienced in managing multi-step processes and adept at working with various systems and media.
