The Data and Reporting Lead is responsible for leading a team of analysts, collaborating with customers to develop requirements for ad hoc reports and regularly produced datasets, as well as for generating ad hoc reports and regular datasets or report information for end-users using system tools and database or data warehouse queries and scripts. The Data and Reporting Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Data and Reporting Lead manages and develops a team of analysts, collaborates with customers and leaders throughout the organization, and contributes to thought leadership and developing a data-driven decision-making culture. In addition, this role will own and manage deliverables through integrating data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements and reports. May create solutions and specifications for reports based on business needs. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
+ 8 or more years of technical experience in data reporting
+ 2 or more years of project leadership experience
+ Advanced skills with BI tools such as Power BI for creating data visualizations
+ Advanced proficiency in SQL, SAS and other data systems
+ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including ability to link pivots to external data sources, creating pivot tables and summarizing data into reports and dashboards
+ Experience working with big and complex data sets within large organizations and/or the analysis of healthcare data
+ Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
+ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple or competing priorities
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
+ Prior experience leading a team
+ Prior experience collaborating with non-technical customers to form solutions and requirements for reporting
+ Prior experience working in a system analytics and/or data warehousing environment
+ Prior experience designing data automation processes and ETLs through the use of tools such as SSIS, VBA, BAT files, and other tools
+ Prior experience using Power Automate to develop automated processes, notifications, and system alerts
+ Prior experience with cloud-based data environments such as Snowflake

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$95,300 - $131,200 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
