Responsibilities:
- This will not be a hands-on development role so please do not send those type of candidates.This will be a high level Data Scientist / Modeler that can work with Architects on Data Design, Transformations, and Enhancements.
- Seeking a resource to help design how the data is getting into the data lake for all of Community Bank Technology.
- Experienced in enterprise big data projects. MapR and Hadoop distributions/tools set.
- Data processing patterns – batch processing, message processing, security, access control, asynchronous real-time data processing, and data replication strategies.
- ETL tools knowledge – Ab Initio and Informatica supporting MapR and Oracle Exadata.
- Metadata and master data management strategies
- Understand tools, and solution for solving data implementation patterns.
- Being able to research independently and provide best practices, recommendation to specific data use cases. (Metadata strategies, Data Security/Control, Data Virtualization, Ad-hoc analytics.., etc)
