Job Duties: Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and
other teams to understand and translate business requirements into
data-driven solutions. Develop advanced analytics and machine learning
models to enhance customer experiences in various domains leveraging
Generative AI and LLMs. Mentor junior data scientists and analysts,
sharing knowledge in advanced statistical analysis and machine learning
techniques. Represent the data science team in cross-departmental
meetings, effectively communicating complex analytical concepts and
findings. Work closely with business and functional analysts, software
architects, to ensure that the developed models and analytics are
aligned with business objectives and integrated seamlessly with existing
systems. Design and implement big data machine learning models on Hadoop
and Spark for handling large and complex datasets, ensuring efficient
data processing and storage. Develop and maintain interfaces and tools
for data analysis, visualization, and model deployment in Docker
environments. Responsible for exploratory data analysis, data
transformation, cleaning, and preparation for analysis, including
handling structured and unstructured data from various sources. Develop
reusable components and frameworks for data analysis, modelling, and
visualization that adhere to best practices and standards. Apply natural
language processing for unstructured data analysis, model design, and
programming techniques to assigned tasks. Provide support for analytics
and machine learning applications, including maintenance and
troubleshooting. Collaborate with production and technical support teams
to analyse and resolve production issues related to data and models.
Develop automation solutions for the setup and deployment of analytics
and machine learning environments. Prepare high-level and detailed
design documents for data science projects, ensuring compliance with
customer standards and obtaining necessary approvals before development.
Job Requirements: Required Masters or foreign equivalent in Computer
Science, Applied Data Science, CIS, MIS, Engineering (any), or related
field. Travel may be required to various unanticipated client sites
throughout the U.S.
