We’re looking for a Data Tech to join our team to support and move forward crucial community projects through 2024 and beyond.
Data Tech Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up text and phone bank systems.
- Clean and process data, execute data mapping, perform bulk uploads, and troubleshoot.
- Train other team members to read reports and use systems.
- Update document data processes, end-user training manuals, or fact sheets
- Provide remote technical support.
- Work with the Data and Analytics Manager to run daily reports for data quality control.
- Other data support as needed.
Position Requirements
- Experience applying data and analytics tools in a business or non-profit setting.
- Basic knowledge of and experience in VAN, and Every Action.
- Troubleshooting, logic, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Must be able to work independently on assignments, consistently meet deadlines, and effectively communicate outcomes and timelines to the Manager.
- The ability to follow standards and system implementation methodologies
- Be able to display a courteous, accountable, and professional demeanor.
- Applicant location in Texas preferred.
